I love easy to make appetizers like this one that are easy to assemble. The tomato pesto looks great, and I'd enjoy trying it with some pasta as the contributor suggests. I like the basil leaf garnish which adds to the flavor, and also just makes it look really appealing. I plan on making up some of the tomato pesto soon. I think it would go well with some of the spinach noodles I enjoy.
