Shrimp Potstickers
"Gyoza, or Japanese dumplings commonly known as potstickers are surprisingly easy to make. They have potsticker making parties in Japan, where a bunch of friends get together in a kitchen, all folding the gyoza skins. Apparently anything can be stuffed into the wrappers - I went for shrimp, because they let you indulge without a huge calorie burden. I also used cooked frozen shrimp because they are boring and have to be used imaginatively, but raw ones will make a more cohesive filling which some might like better."
