Smoked Salmon Roll Ups
Ingredients
- Take a flat bread (mexican tortilla or middle eastern). Spread with
- cream cheese. Arrange leaves of lettuce, smoked salmon and finely
- chopped green onionon the flat bread. Roll tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Instructions
Cut each on the diagonal into about 12 slices (depending on the size of your flat bread).
