Sourdough Baked Brie
Ingredients
- 1 round loaf sourdough bread
- 8" brie wheel
- 1/4 c walnut pieces
- 1/4 c dried cranberries
- 1/4 c slivered almonds
- 2 tb dried basil
Instructions
Hollow out bread to hold brie wheel. Reserve cut out of bread. Place brie in the hollow. Arrange the walnuts, cranberries, almonds and basil around the top of the wheel. Cut the reserved bread into cubes and set aside. Bake cheese at 350 for 30 minutes until very soft to the touch and lightly browned. Serve with cubed bread for dipping.
