Sweet Potato Crisps
"Sweet Potato Crisps - This easy and delicious recipe makes a great healthy snack for when you’re on the go and is a fantastic alternative to crisps. For this recipe to work, the slices of potato need to be really thin so it’s best to use a mandolin – but if you don’t have one then a sharp knife will work. This recipe is suitable for people who are on specifics diets such as gluten free and vegan."

I have a tote full of sweet potatoes and I need some recipes. I happened upon this one and guess what I will be making on tomorrow! Not really sure the reason for the vinegar, but I will make the recipe as instructed and be surprised or not. Thanks for the recipe.

I love sweet potatoes almost as much as French fries. I suppose this recipe could be made with either of the root vegetables. Really interested in the reason for the vinegar though.

I love sweet potato chips, especially homemade ones! But, I don't have a mandolin so it tends to be really difficult to cut them to the right thickness. I'm also curious why you are using apple cider vinegar in this recipe? Does anyone know what effect this would have on the chips?
