Thai Style Fish Cakes
"Thai style fish cakes, these are super easy. You can use odd bits of fish to make them, it doesn't need to be expensive choice cut. Blitz it with Thai style seasoning, scallions and ginger, shape the fish cakes and shallow fry in a little oil - a great appetizer or main dish. These are best served with a spicy dip, or sweet chili sauce. My recipe includes a very tasty cucumber and carrot dip that will go very nicely with the fish cakes."
