"Easy Thai Green Curry Noodles that take just 20 minutes to make (including cooking the pasta!) and have the best coconut, ginger and garlic flavor with hidden veggies! This sounds wonderful. Now I have to go on a search to find spinach powder, though apparently (thanks to a Google search) it's not as uncommon as I had feared. We use spiralized zucchini quite a bit and often use them as a replacement for noodles. I like the idea of using them together. Some thinly sliced beef would also be a good addition to this dish. My wife and I both love Asian food, and this dish is one we do want to make.

This is such a great dish (even though we do not have Spinach Powder in South Africa). Because it is so quick and easy to prepare and to cook it makes an excellent week night dinner after a long working day. I particularly like it because our 2 teenagers can easily make it for our dinner while the man of the house and I relax and unwind with a glass of wine (evil grin!).

Coconut, ginger and garlic! What a great combination. Thai green curry is so delicious. Amazing that Sabrina came up with this herself. I have always had to follow a recipe for Thai curries and I have my favorites. I love a Thai curry with fresh lemon grass too. I'm going to be making a new Thai curry recipe now! Thanks Sabrina.
