Jared's General Tso's Chicken
Jared's General Tso's Chicken is an easy weeknight dinner. This version of General Tso's chicken is especially tasty. The homemade sauce is made with soy sauce, pineapple juice, and vinegar. The chicken is fried in a wok or a skillet. The next time you have a craving for Chinese take-out, don't reach for the phone. Instead, make this copycat Chinese food recipe at home! It may taste better than the restaurant's version. After all, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment for making it yourself.

I can't wait to try this. I love this dish. I don't eat much Chinese food, but I do love this. I read through the comments and loved the tip about using ginger powder or freezing ginger root because I don't use fresh ginger root often enough and it would go bad.

This is the Best recipe ever for General Tso's Chicken that I have ever tried! The ONLY recipe that I ever use. I have tried them all. I do double the sauce recipe because I love the sauce on my rice! You will not regret making this one!
