Fried Beans With Eggs | The Most Underrated Breakfast Recipe
"These Spanish Fried Beans with Eggs, known as Alubias Fritas con Huevos, are one of the most underrated dishes ever. We’re talking a ton of flavors, basic pantry staples and all done in just 30 minutes. You can serve them for breakfast, yet they’re bold enough for dinner, next to a bottle of Spanish wine. To make this recipe, I used canned white beans. Any type of white beans will work. If you prefer, you can use the dried ones. Just soak overnight in plenty of water and then simmer the following day for 1 to 2 hours or until tender."
