Oh wow is this recipe delicious! It is honestly so quick and easy to make. It is a definite go-to recipe for summer potlucks. It's such a treat to make, as there is no cooking required (Awesome!) The crunchiness of the corn combined with the squishiness of the beans is a taste that I just love. Something that I like to add to the recipe sometimes is feta cheese. It give the salad a bit of saltiness that is really tasty. I suggest giving it a try. This is honestly a great recipe.
