I love how fun and festive this meal is without being a pain to put together. I love looking for fast ideas because we always have something to do it seems. This recipe looks so delicious. I can see serving it with some lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, olives, or banana peppers to top it off for Mexican night.

This is a great, quick, easy meal. We had this tonight. It is so good. The directions were easy to follow. This is a great dump, cook, and eat dinner. I did have some chili of my own in the freezer that I thawed out and threw in this. It was delicious. This is going to be a keeper for us. My husband put some cheese, chives, and sour cream on this when eating it. He said it made this great dinner even better.

This is a very simple meal to put together. It would be great to make when you want a meal ready in under an hour. If you have left over chili, that would work just as well. I would add more cheese because more cheese is my motto. If serving to kids, I'd make sure everything was mild.
