Beef Brisket
Ingredients
- 1 brisket
- 1 onion cut in 8 parts
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1 bay leave
- salt pepper
Instructions
Put the onion and the celery at the bottom of the pot Salt & pepper the meat and put it over the vegetables. Put a bay leave on top. Cover the pot and put it in a warm oven, 350 F, for at least 90 minutes.
