This is absolutely my favorite Beef and Broccoli recipe. It is straight forward, quick and easy. Truly a "no brainer" for a hardy weeknight meal. I serve it over medium wide egg noodles and for an extra little touch, I sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. This recipe also works great with thin sliced chicken cutlets cut into strips. Make this recipe once, and you will be hooked.
