Beef stroganoff as a sloppy joe burger? I have to say this is a new idea to me. I have never heard of anyone making it, but it sounds super delicious. What is your favorite side to have with it? I like mashed potatoes with my stroganoff, so I was thinking mashed potato patties would go well with this recipe.

I absolutely love these Beef Stroganoff Sloppy Joes. They are such a tasty twist on an old classic. With all the great flavors of Beef Stroganoff, yummy mushrooms, and the addition of mozzarella cheese, these sandwiches are a home run for a weeknight dinner. Served with some Sweet potato fries and a tossed green salad, and dinner is complete.

YUMMEEEEE!! This ground beef Beef Stroganoff is particularly good AND not at all difficult to make which makes it perfect for a mid week evening meal! We follow a low carb eating plan as best as possible so didn't serve it on a bun. Instead we had it with a garden fresh crunchy green salad - a lovely, tasty meal!
