This is such a delicious recipe. It really does remind you of a diner meal. This is great for a weeknight dinner. I used all rye bread, because that is all I had on hand. It turned out so good. The whole family loved this. I used swiss cheese for mine, but my husband used pepper jack. He said it was really good with that. I think this would be delicious with any cheese you choose.
