I showed this recipe to my husband and he said lets make it tonight. I guess I know what I am making for dinner tomorrow, don't I? I think this sounds very tasty. I know the kids will like it too because they love mixed vegetables and beef dishes. This will be a repeat in our house for sure.

Just reading over the recipe ingredients. No vegetables are listed. Would a bag of frozen stir fry mix work? Or pepper stir fry mix?

This recipe lists no vegetables in the ingredients, but is called Country Beef and Vegetables. What type of vegetables for step 2 in the instructions should be included in the ingredients list?
