I usually don't want to try new meatloaf recipes because we really like the way I make it now, but I HAVE to try this recipe. I am so interested in the combination of meatloaf, cornbread stuffing, and barbecue sauce. I don't think I'll serve it with cornbread as a side, but I will have mashed potatoes and green beans. Can't wait to make it!
