    Easy Oven-Baked Meatballs

    These Easy Oven-Baked Meatballs are too easy to believe, and fun to make too! You'll almost feel like a kid again preparing this oven meatball recipe. Pair with pasta or serve alone with sauce!

    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds ground beef
    • 1 cup cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 medium onion, grated
    • 2 eggs
    • pinch garlic salt
    • pinch pepper
    • pinch salt
    • 1/4 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
    • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar

    Instructions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
       
    2. Mix together beef, cracker crumbs, milk, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
       
    3. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour.
