    Quick grilled Round Steak

    Ingredients

    • round steak 1/4"-3/8" thick
    • garlic powder
    • celery Salt
    • coarse-ground black pepper

    Instructions

    Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over both sides of steak. (Heavy on the pepper). If time permits, wrap in cellophane and refrigerate overnight. If refrigerated, remove 30 minutes prior to cooking. Cook 2 minutes on each side over a HOT grill. Cover and let stand 5 minutes after cooking. Slice in thin strips across the grain.
