Red sauce stroganoff? Now that is a new one to me. I have always heard of this dish being made with a white sauce. This is definitely a spicy stroganoff with the Tabasco sauce. I am so happy to find this dish because my son and I love spicy foods. I like that this is a spicy version of the original.

This could be called Marie's Beef Stroganoff. This was my favorite special dish at home. I don't remember when I found out that stroganoff was supposed to have a white sauce. It's delicious.
