Southern "Big Easy" Chop Suey
"This Cajun-inspired recipe for Chop Suey is a fast, easy, and kid-friendly dinner that's perfect for busy weeknights! Your family will appreciate how versatile this dish truly is, since you can keep it simple and basic for the kiddos — or kick it up with some serious heat for the fiery grownups! And nobody will ever complain about a nice, hefty pile of freshly grated cheddar cheese on top…"

Cajun chop suey? Now that is a mouthful. I can't believe it only takes ten minutes to prep this recipe. I love fast dinners that you can get together and then put the love in while cooking. I hate to do tons of prep for a quick meal. I would rather cook longer than prep.
