Sunday Beef Pot Roast

We would be at church all morning and when we got home the smell of beef pot roast would fill our home. Cooked with some potatoes and carrots, it’s a complete meal in one pot. Now, you’ve just gotta love that!"

NotesFor the gravy: Shake the water and flour in a jar or container with a tight lid, to dissolve the flour nicely.

If the gravy is a little too thick, add a little water at a time until it's the right consistency.
