Ramen is such a versatile and affordable item to use when cooking, right? When you are low on grocery money, these noodles can help you stretch your budget and spend a little more on fresh produce or meat instead of pasta and rice. I like to have a nice side salad as an appetizer before having this meal.

My son loves making this recipe. He makes a batch and eats it for lunch a couple days a week. He loves ramen and anything that he can make with ramen. He does add a fried egg on top when he fixes a plate of this. He only uses half of the packet of seasoning that comes with the ramen. He doesn't like all of the salt. You can use so many different vegetables in this also. My son has used broccoli, cauliflower, and green onions. It's a very user friendly recipe.
