Ultimate Deluxe Meatloaf
This is a great recipe for meatloaf, quite unlike any other thanks to ingredients like crescent rolls, cheeses and tons of spices! You won't want to make any other meatloaf recipe after you taste this Ultimate Deluxe Meatloaf.

Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 6 ham slices
- 6 mozzaralla cheese slices
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Mix the ground beef, all the spices, eggs, milk, bread crumbs, parsley and Parmesan cheese together in a bowl.
- On waxed paper flatten out the mixture to a 1/2 inch thick square about 12 inch long.
- Cover with ham and cheese slices. Roll-up like a jelly roll.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Separate crescent roll dough into 4 parts. Wrap the sides and top of meat roll with dough.
- Place a wire rack on a cookie sheet and put meatloaf on the rack (to keep pastry frrom becoming soggy with drippings).
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 mins. If pastry becomes too brown cover with aluminum foil loosely. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
