Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Allspice
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 3 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley

Dice and sautee the onion until soft.

In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the meatballs except the olive oil. Mix well. Use a 1-1/2 Tablespoon scoop to portion out meat mixture and form into balls.
