Basic Sour Dough Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound recipe
- 1 1/4 C starter
- 1/3 C water
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 C bread flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsps yeast
- 1 lb
- 2/3 C starter
- 1/4 C water
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 C bread flour
- 2 tsps sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
Instructions
Add all to pan and and set at white bread cycle. (medium/normal color). For a change of pace you could try adding 2 Tbsp of sunflower seeds.
