- yeast 1/2 T 2 t
- dry buttermilk 3 T 4 T
- bread flour 2 c 3 c
- salt 1 t 1 1/2 t
- sugar 1 T 1 1/2 T
- shredded extra-sharp cheddar 2 oz 3 oz
- water 7/8 c 1 c + 2 T

Use light crust setting.
