Easy No Yeast Bread

"You can still make bread at home if you don’t have yeast. It’s not only easy but delicious, too. With yeast being hard to find in stores during the pandemic, I’ve been looking for a bread recipe that can be made with baking powder. This soda bread is a simpler take on the traditional Irish Soda bread recipes, which require buttermilk. Even though this bread does not brown even after it’s fully cooked, it is truly delicious. My kids love it with sliced cheese and tomato. I add a little olive oil and basil for extra flavor."
