Indian Paneer Stuffed Naan
"Indian Paneer Stuffed Naan — this crispy Indian Naan is stuffed with a classic and delectable mixture of Indian paneer, onions and some spices. It can be served as breakfast and also as a main meal. It’s buttery, spicy, and filled with some paneer — so this is one of my ultimate comfort foods. You don’t necessarily need a curry for scooping these naans. You can make it a meal in itself and have it with some plain yogurt or even have it without anything."

This looks lovely. I love naan, and usually pick up some garlic naan from the store on a regular basis. I've never tried tackling making naan by myself, but this is a nice, straightforward recipe that really tempts me to give it a try. I've had paneer with spinach before, and I think some spinach mixed with the paneer would be quite tasty as a filling.

Yumm I love Naan. I never thought of making it into a meal on it's own though. I think this is a great idea. I've been looking for a good naan recipe and this like just the thing. I have to eat gluten-free so I am going to make a gluten-free one.

This recipe looks so rustic and delicious! There is just something about making your own bread dough from scratch that really takes you back to a simpler time. I often feel a sense of accomplishment when I make something wonderful out of simple basic ingredients. We love naan bread, since it is so versatile. We like to use it as a pizza crust, or even to serve as an appetizer with a variety of different dips when entertaining!
