"If you are a fan of pita bread, then this is next on your list. It is just great to have with extra virgin olive oil. The way it is meant to be had. The addition of sumac to this flatbread, makes this recipe even more authentic. Sumac is slightly tart bringing the flavors together in this zaatar. Trust me once you have the first bite of this flatbread, I am sure you can polish the whole thing. Go on and try your hands at Zaatar!"
