Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie
"A wholesome, high protein breakfast is less than 5 minutes away with this Chunky Monkey Protein Smoothie! Dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, and loaded with chocolate, peanut butter, and banana goodness! Of course, at the start of the New Year, you see plenty of green smoothies, “detox” smoothies, and other wholesome concoctions splashed across the internet. But here’s a reality check: if I serve my boys (or husband) a class of thick, brownish-green sludge, there is no chance that they will actually ingest the beverage — regardless of how many vitamins it contains. Instead, if I want them to fuel up with fruit, protein, and healthy fats, I better make it all taste ah-mazing."

This looks so good. I'm not a morning person and I'm usually rushing around the kitchen right before I head out for work-looking for something to eat on the way. This seems quick and easy, something I could make before heading out. And! The ingredients are simple and few and all things I usually have on hand-bonus! Definitely will give this a try soon.
