"This apple bread reminds me of something my Mom made when I was younger. It was one of my most favorite treats for breakfast was when my Mom would make an apple coffee cake. Oddly all of these years later I had kind of forgotten about it until I tried this recipe. I think the combination of the apples and crumb topping is what brought the memories back.
