Flaxseed Porridge with Nuts and Sesame
"There is nothing more usefully, than flaxseed porridge for breakfast. Flaxseed is full of vitamins and minerals which are necessary for a human body. At the same time it’s very easy to make such useful porridge. Porridge can be cooked on water or milk, depending on the desirable number of calories in a finished dish. Naturally, porridge on milk will be more caloric, than water-based porridge. Flaxseed porridge does not demand cooking, grains perfectly bulk up during long-term insisting in liquid. So that porridge was digested better, the inflated grains need to be crushed carefully in the blender to homogeneous consistence. To increase usefulness of a dish and also to make taste of porridge richer, it is possible to add nuts or fruit to it (at will)."
