"For Easter we usually go to my sister's and have a big egg hunt with the cousins, but schedules are a mess this year so we're on our own for the first time. I'm pretty bummed about that, so I'd be lying if I didn't admit to being seriously excited when I was asked to hit Walmart and put together a Disney Princess Easter basket. We're conservative about gifting, and it was hard not to go overboard, but I think I nailed it. I also put together these super simple Mini Strawberry Breakfast Rolls to serve on Easter morning. They're so dainty and cute - with just the right amount of sweet to top things off."

These are super cute. Sometimes regular breakfast rolls are too large, so it's nice to have these in a mini option!
