I opted for granola rather than the quinoa since I didn't have any of that on hand. Plus I did add some whipped topping to the parfait. I like the idea of making this in the small glass jars since that makes them very easily transportable. I love the quickie homemade apple pie filling and I also used the Kroger Carbmaster Apple Cinnamon yogurt rather than the plain Greek yogurt.
