    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 7 large eggs
    • 2 cups eggnog
    • 1 1/2 ounce rum
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 loaf Challah bread, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • sugar for topping

    Eggnog French Toast Casserole Recipe

    Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, eggnog, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, vanilla.

    2. Add the bread and stir to combine.

    3. Pour melted butter in large casserole dish and pour bread mixture on top.

    4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    5. In the morning, preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

    6. Bake the casserole for 20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
