Paleo Banana Blueberry Muffins
"These Paleo Banana Blueberry Muffins are moist, sweet, and make the perfect quick snack or easy breakfast. They’re gluten-free, grain-free and sweetened only with bananas – they also freeze super well, so they’re great for meal prepping! These have a tender, soft crumb that’s remarkably similar to traditional wheat muffins with a slight banana flavor and bursting with fresh blueberries. I adore how fruity these muffins are, and they taste amazing with a little bit of almond butter spread on top."

Bananas, blueberries, and muffins all in one sentence. How can that not be a treat for all? Some mornings are hectic in my family by schedule. On those day I spend a few extra minutes in the kitchen the night before so we can all have something on the way out the door. I will add this to the "menu" options.

The Paleo Banana Blueberry Muffins recipe sounds really simple to prepare. The ingredients are healthy to boot. Always on the scout to find easy recipes to prepare that will be healthy for my family. Small healthy changes made in increments are more likely to remain a part of your cooking habits.

Great recipe for sharing with coworkers-not everyone can eat "normal" muffins and it's nice to try to include everyone when bringing treats to work. These would also make a nice selection at a bake sale for paleo-minded sweets eaters. Heck, blueberries added to just about anything are attractive to lots of people. Thanks for sharing.
