    Overnight oats are one of my favorite breakfast options! It is so easy to prepare ahead of time and to ensure that you're having a nice, balanced breakfast. Some of my favorite combos include this pumpkin pie recipe, apple slice, peanut butter banana, carrot cake, or mixed berry. I like adding in fresh or frozen fruit, nuts and seeds, spices, and even some sweet things like shredded coconut or chocolate chips! Also, I happen to like the overnight oats cold but I know a lot of people heat them up like regular oatmeal!
