Raw Egg Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe
"Get more protein into your diet with this raw egg smoothie bowl. If you’re a fan of smoothies, but not a fan of eating meat, then this is a great recipe for getting more protein into your diet. The raw egg makes the smoothie super creamy (it’s as if you added in cream!). The idea for this recipe came to me after seeing Mark’s Primal Egg Coffee which uses raw egg yolks to make coffee creamy and nutritious. Note: Always make sure your eggs are fresh!"

- 1/2 avocado
- 0.5 oz almonds (approx. 10 almonds)
- 3/4 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 2 raw eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 ice cubes
