Strawberry Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Butter, Melted
- 2 cups Uncooked Rolled or Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 Banana, Mashed or Sliced
- 1 cup Maple Syrup, Plus More For Drizzling
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat the inside of a 2 quart baking dish with butter, oil or non-stick spray.

Mix dry ingredients (oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon).

Beat in milk, eggs, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add in the strawberries last. You can also add in chocolate chips if you are using them.

Pour batter inside the dish, adding a final layer of strawberries and sliced bananas on top. Sprinkle brown sugar on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, until oatmeal bake is tender and moisture has been absorbed.
