My mom makes a delicious strawberry Greek yogurt pie that reminded me of these yogurt muffins! I would use Greek yogurt in this recipe to add some additional protein since it is labeled as a breakfast recipe! The protein helps to stabilize blood sugars and keep us fuller for a little bit longer. To cut back on the added sugar, try plain, nonfat Greek yogurt!
