Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

"Gorgeous banana cake with chocolate chips. It's baked in a round pan so it's not the classic banana bread, certainly more of a dessert than breakfast. It's lovely and squidgy but not too heavy. You don't need an electric mixer - all the ingredients can be beaten just with a wooden spoon. It's got olive oil in the mix as well as dark brown sugar - both these ingredients make for a moist and tender cake. It's definitely and answer to a 'quick fix' cake requirement."
