I love the blueberry fruit but they are welcome as well when made into muffins, cakes and other pastries. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants so while you are enjoying the unique taste of the berry, you are also enjoying the health benefits of blueberries. I really would love to make this this recipe, but was wondering if you have tried it with other fruit such as raspberries or black berries? Would that affect the sweetness or the amount of sugar needed? My kids love raspberries but aren't too keen on blueberries, but I think this would make a nice afterschool snack for them.

I haven't tried making this recipe with raspberries or blackberries, but I don't think it would change it too much. I say go for it! (Let us know how it turns out!)

These look delightful! With our blueberries starting to come in, I've been searching for some quick ways to use them. This recipe is ideal since they're quick to make and are pretty much an automatic portion control since I'm trying to get into shape for summer. A full cake might prove a bit too tempting, but these are just the right size to give me a quick fix.

Lately I've been looking for Blueberry recipes for my little two and a half year old niece who loves them. What better than little mini Blueberry Coffee Cake Bites. The recipe has all the right ingredients and is easy to follow. I think my sweet baby girl is going to absolutely love these, they are cute and little just like her.
