    This looks so delicious. I would enjoy this cake any time of year, not just in the fall!

    Pumpkin cake is so good and moist. Some people just eat pumpkin in the fall, but I love it year round. Browning the butter will give it a taste difference. I prefer using just plain softened butter, but that is my preference. I just don't think it adds a lot to the flavor.
