"Cherry Clafoutis is a baked dessert that I remember very fondly since I have made this with my grandmother. This was our thing. In this particular Clafoutis cherries are used. And the cherries that are used are with the pits in! Yes, the pits to lend extra flavor to the dessert. There all types of Clafoutis. Some recipes call for pears, apricots or plums. But my all time favorite is of course cherries! Cherry Clafoutis is one dessert that I think kids and adults alike just enjoy."
