Then the two layer cake is sandwiched between a cookies n'cream whipped frosting that has crushed Oreos throughout. Finally the cake is slathered with chocolate frosting and topped with more Oreo pieces! You will fall in love with this cake after your first bite! OMG, this looks amazing. I've been wanting to make a dessert with chocolate ice cream, and this seems like a great excuse to do it!
