Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

"This delicious chocolate zucchini cake is a great way to use extra zucchini from your garden. Shred zucchini to add to the batter. When you bake it, the zucchini almost melts into the batter so you don't even see the zucchini. I use applesauce instead of oil to make mine, so it's very moist. This also makes delicious cupcakes and those instructions are also included in the recipe. You can eat this plain or use frosting."
