Easter Poke Cake
"This Easter poke cake is cheery and bright with pastel purple, pink, and blue cake swirled together and a touch of yellow from the vanilla pudding poked inside. There’s nothing sweeter than a pastel-colored Easter poke cake to grace your holiday dessert table. Plus, it’s super easy to make with a white cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, and a silky Cool Whip topping! Easter is one of our favorite holidays for baking and creating fun recipes with pastel colors along with bunnies, chicks, and tie dye eggs. Last year we made an adorable Easter dirt cake that was a huge hit with kids and adults alike, and we just know this poke cake will be the same. "
