Coca-Cola Molten Lava Cake

"Ever since I was a kid, Coca-ColaⓇ has been part of our holiday. My dad is a huge Coca-ColaⓇ fan so almost every year for Christmas, I bought him something Coca-ColaⓇ related, whether it was a cookie jar or just a pack of his favorite soda in glass bottles. The first year that I moved out of the house, I even got a Coca-ColaⓇ Christmas ornament to hang on my Christmas tree so I could be reminded of him! This time of year, I feel like I’m always baking. I make Justin’s favorite fudge, bake Christmas cookies with the kids, and everything in between. Recently I found a box of cake mix in the pantry and I figured, ‘tis the season! But I was out of eggs, and had no desire to go to the store just for three eggs. Then I remembered a trick I picked up awhile back- you can use soda in cake mix!"
