Chocolate Wacky Cake Recipe
Chocolate Wacky Cake is so named because it doesn't use eggs. Yep, you read that correctly. This cake originated during the Great Depression, when eggs were harder to acquire. Don't be sad over this egg absence, though. The cake is delicious. It's also easy to make. After you whisk the dry ingredients together, you can mix everything in the cake pan. That means there is one less bowl to clean. Dust with a little powdered sugar before serving.
